Dos Primos Tequila was founded by country artist Thomas Rhett and his cousin Jeff Worn, who envisioned a tequila that blended Mexican tradition with Southern charm. The result was a smooth tequila that rivals the appeal of bourbon and Tennessee whiskey.
My role on the Dos Primos account involved overseeing the design of a variety of projects, including print ads, merchandise and more. Regardless of the task, my primary goal was to ensure the brand maintained a warm whiskey-inspired influence while incorporating eye-catching movement whenever possible.

Dos Primos x Pere Marquette
When Dos Primos needed supplemental product photography -- particularly for winter and holiday campaigns -- we built a shot list, gathered supplies and spent an afternoon shooting at the picturesque Pere Marquette Lodge in Grafton, Illinois.
The lodge's rustic charm provided a perfect backdrop for the Dos Primos aesthetic. Through careful prop selection and meticulously-placed lighting, we transformed scenes from sunny outdoor picnics to cozy winter cabin settings in a matter of hours, resulting in a rich catalog of images for our client's needs.

Merch Design
For an easy brand-recognition boost, Thomas Rhett and his team welcomed a steady stream of merchandise concepts. While hats and shirts were staples, the scope for Dos Primos merch expanded to include items like bandanas, playing cards and so much more.
